Ease
Partnering with us is like having your own cutting-edge in-house beverage program, but takes no cost, time, or bandwidth from you. Our all-inclusive packages provide everything and make the planning process a breeze from initial planning through event execution.

Safety
We handle all liability issues including insurance and full bartender training and safety programs. Our team is an extension of your venue team, so along with aligning with and ensuring your venue policies and guidelines, we also cover your venue with our $3 million liquor liability insurance policy.
Regarding team safety, all of our employees are required to complete the leading bartending certification course for each state we operate in (ex. TIPS or TABC) during our onboarding process and before entering the field. In addition to certifications, Peak University continually emphasizes safety training in every bar course to ensure that all of our staff maintain this level of dedication when it comes to responsible beverage service.

Increased Revenue
With a partnership agreement, we offer different programs to increase your revenue without you having to lift a finger. We also offer “Marketing Events” where we provide a no-cost full bar that will showcase our offerings while promoting your venue to potential wedding couples and planners. With our beverage program expertise, you’ll be able to sell more events to more clients.

Products
Our team of industry professionals carefully selects each product offering based solely on quality. We curate our wine, beer, and spirits lists with our clients’ best interests in mind, and we choose to sell only the products that we have proven as the best in their class. Our mission is to provide the best value to our partners and our clients by selecting products based on a series of criteria; we blind taste every product on our list against other competitive/popular brands, and we base our selections on the results of these tastings alone. We do not accept kickbacks, nor do we have allegiance to any specific suppliers or brands — for these reasons we stand behind our product selections as the best possible offerings for our clients.

Dedication
We will be a valued partner, not just a vendor. Your venue and all of your guests will have a dedicated Client Sales Representative to bring their bar service vision to life while providing care and expert advice. On the day of the event, our team handles everything and executes the bar service exactly as promised to provide a seamless event.

Employment
We believe in supporting local communities and know the importance of having local well-trained staff on call for every event. We make sure to both employ and train local staff to support the community’s workforce. We hire and use Peak bartenders who specifically work for our company, ensuring they’re trained to our detailed standards.
