Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz ube syrup
  • 0.75 oz Egg white
  • 1 oz soda water
  • 2 dashes of orange flower water

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker tin, combine the gin, heavy cream, lemon juice, lime juice, ube syrup, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the ingredients.
  3. Add ice to the shaker tin and shake again vigorously for about 30 seconds to chill the mixture.
  4. Strain the contents of the shaker tin into a highball or Collins glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with soda water and orange flower water, and gently stir to combine.
