One-of-a-Kind Classes for an Interactive Bar Experience
Looking to shake things up with your friends? Or mix up a corporate outing? Have you ever tried blending your own whiskey? What about wowing your friends with your mixology skills at your next small gathering?
Through the CraftRoom at Peak, we offer private classes where you’ll get to shake, stir, learn, and play. Each class is taught by our beverage experts and can be tailored to fit exactly what you’re looking for.
Select a class from our menu, or work with our Beverage Director to build a custom experience that fits your needs! All classes run for approximately 90 minutes and have an 8-person minimum.
Class Options

Mix, Shake & Build: Learn the fundamental techniques needed to make delicious classic cocktails. You will learn how to build an Old Fashioned, shake a Whiskey Sour and stir a Manhattan. Choose from whiskey, tequila, or vodka as your base. $95/person

Old World vs. New World Wine Tasting: Feel like a sommelier when after this class you’ll know the basics of wine production and how to tell the difference between old and new world wines. $105/person

The Anatomy of a Whiskey: This class is for the whiskey lovers out there! Blend your own whiskey while diving into the history and basics of whiskey production. $110/person
What to Expect
LET’S START WITH A TOAST
As your guests begin to arrive, they will be greeted by a member of our bar staff with a glass of sparkling wine. We’ll also have snacks at the ready for you to enjoy!
LEARN FROM THE PROS
Your instructor will have a thorough and engaging class prepared for you. You’ll learn about the history behind the spirits you’re tasting or the drink you’ll be mixing, and find out key differences in production styles.
MIX & MINGLE
Sit back and relax as you enjoy your tastings or crafted cocktails. Each class has time to socialize baked in so that you can spend quality time with your guests in our lounge area.
