This Earth Day, we’re raising our glasses to som This Earth Day, we’re raising our glasses to something a little greener. 🌍💚 At Peak, we’ve been thinking a lot about the little things—like what’s in your drink, how it’s served, and what happens to it after the last sip. We believe that great service shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense. So we’re starting small… with straws. Our new agave straws are made from upcycled agave fibers (the same plant used for tequila). These beauties are biodegradable, super sturdy, and won’t go soggy halfway through your cocktail. Unlike traditional plastic straws, they break down in months, not decades. So you can sip sustainably and still enjoy that perfect garnish-to-glass ratio! The event industry is notoriously wasteful, but we’re out to change that—one eco-friendly swap at a time. Agave straws are just our first step in reducing our footprint without sacrificing style or service. 💚 Stay tuned. We’ve got more green goodness coming soon.

Alejandro’s Escape: A delicious gin-based cocktail with refreshing homemade cucumber syrup and fresh lime juice. Why it fits: Gaga is elegance with an avant-garde twist. This drink? A hydrating high-fashion moment. Clean, botanical, and dramatic in its simplicity. Perfect for voguing in the desert or reapplying glitter in VIP. We design drink menus around who’s in the crowd, what the music feels like, and how the night unfolds. And then we batch, train, test, and fine-tune to keep lines short and cocktails perfect.
