1.5 oz white rum
0.25 oz apricot liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz chili simple syrup

 

  1. In a shaker, combine the rum, apricot liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, and chili simple syrup.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well to chill the mixture.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

The Melon Baller

1.5 oz tequila
0.5 oz Starlino Aperitivo
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz Aelred Melon Aperitif
2 dashes of salt

 

  1. In a shaker, combine the tequila, Starlino Aperitivo, lemon juice, Aelred Melon Aperitif, and salt.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well to chill the mixture.
  3. Dump the shaker into a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a melon ball and salted rim.

The Painkiller
